We, Progility Technologies Private Limited, as per e-waste (Management) Rules, 2016, always give priority to compliances and follow all the regulations amended from time to time by Government Authorities related to e-waste management.
Definition of e-waste:
Electronic waste (e-waste) refers to the disposal of broken or obsolete electronic Components and materials which has essentially reached the end of their useful life.
The symbol describes don’t dispose your e-waste into the municipal waste collection bins because e-waste needs to be disposed in a special way.
Do’s:
Always refer to below life cycle table of the products (we deal in), as defined under new e-waste (Management) Rules, 2016:

- Ensure that only authorized recyclers handle your electronic products.
- Always call at our toll-free no or send your query to assigned e-mail id to recycle / dismantle products that have reached end-of life.
- Always drop your used electronic products, batteries or any accessories when they reach the end of their life at theauthorized e-waste collection points / centres.
- Always disconnect the battery from product, and ensure any glass surface is protected against breakage.
Don’t’s:
- Do not recycle / dismantle your products on your own.
- Do not throw electronics in bins having “Do not Dispose” sign.
- Do not give e-waste to informal and unorganized sectors like local scrap dealer / rag pickers.
- Do not dispose your product in garbage bins along with municipal waste that ultimately reaches landfills.

Process of Recycling: Our authorised recycler will collect e-waste generated at Collection Centre,at Mahape, and recycle / dismantle the same at their plant at Navghar, Vasai (East). Further process of recycling will be done in an environmentally sound manner.
Toll free number & e-mail id: Customers can reach us on dedicated e-mail id e-waste@progilitytech.com or by calling Toll free number 18002083131 (from 8.45 am to 5.45 pm on Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), in case of any help / query.
Customers can directly send / deposit their used product after end of life directly to our collection centre for recycling. On prior request our trained personnel can pack the product and ship, directly from customer premise, to our collection centre located for recycling.
