Yes! You need to be a Priwexus member to participate in all our member-only initiatives and opportunities. Priwexus also organizes a few ticketed events in the year where non-members can participate as paid delegates (subject to review and screening).
Priwexus’s Code of Conduct outlines expectations to ensure a high-trust, professional, and collaborative community. Key points include:
- No Business Solicitation: Members must not use the platform for pitching services, direct marketing, or commercial solicitation of other members.
- Integrity and Honesty: All interactions and content must be truthful, without misrepresentation or omission of material facts regarding investments or opinions.
- Confidentiality: Information shared within the community is confidential and not to be disclosed or used inappropriately.
- Respectful Engagement: Communications must be professional and free from abuse, harassment, defamatory content, or any unlawful or unethical behaviour.
- Compliance: Members must adhere to all relevant laws (including investment and securities regulation) and avoid any conduct that could be considered market manipulation, fraud, or deceit.
- Personal Accountability: Each member is responsible for the security of their account and the accuracy of information provided; multiple registrations and impersonation are prohibited.
- No Investment Advice or Fiduciary Role: Content and communications in Priwexus do not constitute investment advice or create any formal advisory/fiduciary relationship.
Breaching the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the community and other actions to uphold safety, trust, and regulatory compliance.
All advisors and service providers first need to go through a stringent screening process, and then can participate through:
Priwexus Collective: a vetted ecosystem of advisors serving UHNW members exclusively, without membership access themselves.
Sponsorship: Sponsor or speak at various events and participate in various research and publication initiatives after being vetted by the Priwexus Collective team.
Program Faculty: Lead various Priwexus Member-only education initiatives, including workshops, bootcamps, executive education programs, and delegations.
